In the hands on Self-Help Program students will learn the art of Jin Shin Jyutsu to help harmonize their body.  Learn the definition of Jin Shin Jyutsu; what Jin Shin Jyutsu does; the 26 Safety energy Locks; and self-help flows to harmonize your body.
